Broken Clavicle

In early December, K broke his collar bone jumping (incorrectly, I might add) in a bounce house. Or more like on the sides of a bounce house....

At the ER.

Such a pathetic face.

At the pediatric orthopedic surgeon...just in case. Luckily, he was and is just fine but the doctor did take one look at our boys and say, "Well I bet I see a lot of you!" Not sure if I wanted to laugh or cry....

Ice cream to celebrate surviving our first broken bone. Really, this momma just needed some ice cream after taking both boys to a new (and super crowded) doctor's office way up in the med center with crying baby girl in tow.

Christmas Day

Red toe nails and her pearl bracelet!
Loving on her Nanny.

A mighty fine family picture, if I do say so myself. :)

Colton says "Now I have 2 iPhones." (Not a true statement.)

First mashed potatoes. We couldn't get the spoon her mouth fast enough.

Helping Grampy with the fire.

???? lol

Too cute

Me and my baby
OUT

The footed onesie pajama club.
This took less than 3 minutes...and they had a LOT of sugar pumping through their veins.

Christmas Morning at Home

A brief rundown of Christmas morning in pictures...

Yes, we had to wake up the 4 year old. It was after 7 am!!

Puppet Show Time!
Saying thanks for the gifts they "bought" each other.

More Pre-Christmas

(I am slowly catching up....I think I can...I think I can...)

Picked out our Christmas tree in shorts!
Then attended a Christmas party...in shorts!

This is the BEST Christmas party ever. There is a [very rich & generous] attorney who throws a HUGE bash, and invites around 7,000 people....including an entertainer. This year it was Faith and Tim!

The boys always love the cotton candy, while the grown-ups were more into the BBQ and fajitas this year.

He has probably 2 dozen carnival rides (for adults and kids) brought in, along with a whole bunch of inflatables. But, considering that K had just broken his collar bone on a bounce house, we stayed away from the inflatables this year.

Kaitlyn hanging out with her baby girlfriend, Naomi (who is bigger than K2 but not a giant...bad camera angle).

Yay kiddie rides!

Kaleb rode this ride close to a dozen times. He just kept getting off and hopping right back on! Colt rode it a bunch, too, but wasn't as ecstatic as K. In any case, it was VERY SURPRISING to us!!

K had his first "official" Christmas program this year. It consisted of 3 songs and lasted about 12 minutes. lol

Colt's School Xmas party! (The boys were sick with pink eye on the day of K's)

Colt and his buddies from school plus Mrs. Sandra

Picture with Santa. Thanks, grandma, for the pjs!

It's tradition that the Davis family visits the zoo on December 23rd b/c it's a great, uncrowded day at the zoo. This year, they started a new event called Zoo Lights. The zoo is all done up in Christmas lights, and you go at night. The kids thought it was pretty cool! But their favorite part was still [and I think always will be] the tube through the pirana exhibit.
