MS-150

Last weekend Josh rode in the MS-150 (a 180 mile bike ride from Houston to Austin that raises money for MS research). I took absolutely no pictures of him or our friends who rode with him. BUT I did take a few pics of the boys (when they weren't driving me absolutely crazy)!

This was JUST BEFORE Kaleb knocked this barrier down and the nice State Capitol employee kindly suggested that maybe he wasn't old enough for a tour like this. :) She really was quite nice about kicking us out. ;)

This poor kid was exhausted. He fell asleep in my arms...and I'm pretty sure he hasn't done that in at least 6 months.

All in all, it was successful: Josh thoroughly enjoyed his new bike, none of the guys crashed, we scored some free margaritas, a lot of money was raised for MS research, and my boys took GREAT naps the next day. :)

Bluebonnets

Bluebonnets were scarce this year as last year's drought made it hard for them to seed properly. Luckily we located a good patch in Brenham and the boys were somewhat cooperative during our picture-taking adventure. :)

For GG

Kaleb walked right over to my parents' bookshelf and started saying "GG! GG!" while he pointed at a picture of my Grams. (GG = Great Grandma) TOO CUTE. She gave him a stuffed panda recently, and he carries it everywhere. If you ask him where he got it, he very clearly says "GG". I love that my sons get the chance to know and love MY grandma. Love you, Grams!

Playing OUTSIDE

We have had BEAUTIFUL weather lately. I'd say my only complaint is that it's been a little too chilly to swim, which is not much of a complaint at all! The boys absolutely love the park. I just hope Colt walks soon because he's getting splinters in his hands from crawling in the mulch!

Colt's Birthday!

We officially have a one-year-old and a two-year-old. What were we thinking?!? ;)
